Hello,i'm from malaysia.I'm 14 and i play rughby.I just want to know what should i do to get faster legs and more stamina on the field.My routines are jogging about 2km to 3 km on Friday,Saturday and Sunday.Thursday and Tuesday i got rughby practice.please reply.....TQ....

The best advice is to look at the IRB Rugby Ready website: (rugbyready.com) or go to the IRB.com website you will see a link to Rugby Ready.

On this site you will find a section on "Physical Conditioning" which will show you what physical preparation and training you need to do. Both running faster and increasing your stamina are covered and there are coaching tips and videos to help you.

It is a fantastic resource which will help you in many ways. To get full access you will need to register but it is free!

There is also an online test for you to do which will help you become a more knowledgeable player!.
